Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh directed by Harish Shankar casting Shruti Haasan as heroine under Parameswara Art Productions banner is rocking in overseas with its stunning collections. The film is smashing records all over by setting new benchmarks. Mahesh’s Dookudu has done tremendous business and Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh is turning out to be biggest hit.
As per the trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Gabbar Singh is even surpassing the collections of few Bollywood films that had done good business like Rock Star, Desi Boyz, Agent Vinod.
Taran Adarsh tweeted, "GabbarSingh USA total could be higher than what's reported [$ 577,090], since the collections are of 'reported screens' only.
He further tweeted, “USA 'opng wknd' #Rockstar $ 612,235, #DesiBoyz $ 702,325 [5 dy], #EMAET $ 637,100, #AgentVinod $ 427,043. #GabbarSingh will cross all." He also mentioned that, "Point to be noted is that #GabbarSingh 'reported screens' in USA are half or 1/3rd of those Hindi biggies, yet the total will be bigger."
This is phenomenal for any Indian regional language film in USA. Gabbar Singh is also doing great business in Tamil Nadu which was released in 25 screens and in Karnataka as well.
