Generally, whenever protests were raised against any films over objectionable content, the makers will chop off the controversial footage to avoid any further damage and the issue ends there.
However, some unusual developments are happening in case of Pawan Kalyan's Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu which faced the wrath from T-activists on Friday. The state government has swung into action now.
Minister DK Aruna passed orders to FDC to review the film and submit a report the government. A committee was appointed and Chandravadhan would be heading it. Apart from Director Puri Jagannath and the committee members, film maker N Shankar, music composer Vandemataram Srinivas and few others will attend the screening this afternoon.
The screening of CGR has been stopped in Telangana following the protests and the ban imposed by Telangana Film Chamber. If the committee gives a clean chit to the film after chopping 12 scenes, then the hurdles for CGR will be cleared.
