Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is slightly injured during his trip to Simhachalam today. With the news of Pawan visiting this temple town spreading like a wildfire, fans and admirers have come in flocks to have a glimpse of their favorite hero. 


With fans going out of control, stampede took place and Pawan is injured slightly, but nothing serious. They say even Power-Star got shocked with the power of his fans at temple.
